To reserve an event date, a 50% deposit and signed event agreement are required.

Basic janitorial costs for required set-up and clean-up are included in the rental rate.
For larger events, additional janitorial costs may be incurred.

We require and provide Tenable Security for all events. This is a separate charge that will be billed following the event, at a rate of $35-$40/hour per officer. Individual security needs are determined by our security department and are based on event details.

All events must provide liability insurance for their event. Details for this insurance are outlined in the event contract.

Non-Profit organizations will be entitled to a 20% discount off the venue rental fee

All event deliveries must be arranged with the building prior to the event.

Prior to printing marketing materials and/or invitations, please submit a copy for review to ensure correct building information
*Staging, Pipe and Drape, Podium and Microphone, and Decorating Services are available upon request for additional charges.
