Surrounded by an elegant drape, this room features a glass ceiling and has the capacity for up to 400 people. Food court chairs are available for use if needed. Exterior courtyard is available for use

as is at no additional charge. Ceremony

set-up in exterior courtyard is an additional $500

A brick patio, artistic gazebo, and wealth of trees make for a great open air setting in the heart of the city. Perfect for a wedding ceremony or cocktail hour.

*
To reserve an event date, a deposit and signed event agreement are required.

* Basic janitorial costs for required set-up and    clean-up are included in the rental rate.
For larger events, additional janitorial costs may be incurred.
* We require and provide Securitas Security for all events. If using an outside caterer, this is a separate charge that will be billed following the event, at a rate of $35/hour per officer.  Individual security needs are determined by our security department and are based on event details.
* All events must provide liability insurance for their event. Details for this insurance are outlined in the event contract.
* All event deliveries must be arranged with the building prior to the event.
* Prior to printing marketing materials and/or invitations, please submit a copy for review to ensure correct building information
*Staging, Pipe and Drape, Podium and Microphone, and Decorating Services are available upon request for additional charges.

Parking
Parking is $3 after 4pm and on weekends in our safe, convenient, heated underground parking garage. Pre-payment of event parking can also be arranged at a charge of $70 for an attendant plus $3 per car.
